Mr. POON Kwok-ying, Raymond潘國英工程師

Assistant Director, Electricity and Energy Efficiency, Electrical and Mechanical Services Department, HKSAR機電工程署助理署長(電力及能源效益)

潘國英工程師在 1992 年畢業於香港大學電機及電子工程系，其後受聘於香港特別行政區政府機電工程署任職見習工程師，並分別在機電工程署的衞生工程部、工程策劃部、業務發展部、運輸保安及中央工程服務部、氣體標準事務處工作; 亦曾借調往衞生署醫療儀器管制辦公室、發展局文物保育專員辦事處工作。

潘工程師現職機電工程署助理署長/電力及能源效益，掌管署內的能源效益事務處及電力法例部，負責: -

• 執行《建築物能源效益條例》、《能源效益（產品標籤）條例》及《區域供冷服務條例》，推行能源管理、數據管理、制定指標、試驗最新節能科技、能源效益標籤計劃和推廣新及可再生能源的使用等 ;
• 執行《電力條例》及其附屬法例，確保電力裝置及電氣產品的安全、電力供應的安全及可靠性，以及透過公眾教育，宣傳安全使用電力的訊息。

Dr. William Yu余遠騁博士

Dr. William Yu is Chief Executive Officer of World Green Organisation (WGO). Dr. Yu is an energy economist and climate professional by training and completed his PhD at the University of Cambridge as well as earned an Executive MBA, Thunderbird School of Global Management, Arizona State University, the U.S. 

Currently, Dr. Yu is the Task Force Member of The Economic and Social Commission for Asia and the Pacific (ESCAP) Business Advisory Council (EBAC) of United Nations.  He is  a member of the expert panel on Industry Standards and Research under The Hong Kong Green Building Council. He belongs to the Air Quality Objectives Review Working Group-Energy and Power Generation Sub-group of Environmental Protection Department.

Dr. William Yu is the former Head of the Climate Programme at WWF-Hong Kong.

陳志興先生現為中匯安達會計師事務所有公司執行合夥人, 對稅務籌畫和審計方面擁非常豐富的經驗。陳先生曾服務李家梁會計師事務(隨後與BDO合併)、香港上市公司之附屬公司與海外的中小型企業。

陳先生現為香港華人會計師公會會長，香港會計師公會執業會員及香港資深稅務學會會員。陳先生持有工商管理學士學位。
