This seminar provides the basic knowledge in respect of the profits tax under Hong Kong Inland Revenue Ordinance to members’ staff who are going to handle the tax returns.
This seminar includes the introduction of the following subjects:- - Brief understanding of Hong Kong Tax System - General problem encountered during handling tax returns - Issues addressed for clients on tax areas - Obligation of taxpayers and consequence for failure of compliance
Attendees are suggested to bring with them a blank tax return.

Being the proprietor and founder of Webster Ng & Co., Mr. Ng is a fellow Certified Public Accountant (Practising). He is currently the Vice-President of the Taxation Institute of Hong Kong (TIHK) and Hong Kong Institute of Accredited Accounting Technicians Limited (HKIAAT), as well as the Council Member of the Society of Chinese Accountants & Auditors (SCAA) and Director of Accounting Development Foundation (ADF). Mr. Ng is member of Taxation Policy Committee of TIHK and has been awarded as Honorary Council member of the China Certified Tax Agents Association (CCTAA).
Mr. Ng served in various accountancy sectors including committee member of Examinations and Accreditation Committee of HKIAAT, CPA Qualifying Process Reform Working Group of HKICPA and SME committee member of The Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA). |
