28 participants (i.e. 14 teams)

Team Formation:

• A team of two runners is eligible to apply for Marathon (42KM), Half Marathon (21KM) or 10KM Races, members of the same team must sign up for the same race distance i.e. members of different start time can form a team, as long as running the same race distance.

***Individual Member and/or Affiliate could register at this stage, SCAA will co-ordinate team formation. ***

• Organizer reserves the right to request applicants for Challenge races to provide previous running results from the following sanctioned races:

• IAAF (International Association of Athletics Federations)
• AIMS (Association of International Marathon and Distance Races)
• HKAAA

• Once entry is confirmed, no change of race category will be accepted.
• Entry into the Corporate Challenge 2017 will automatically represent individual entries. Each participant is only allowed to register once i.e. Entries via public registration will not be eligible to join Corporate Challenge.
• The average official time of each team will be counted to determine the Corporate Challenge Awards. A separate award ceremony will be hosted by Standard Chartered Bank after the race. More information will be shared at later stage.

Entry Fee & Donation:

All donations will be made to Hong Kong Paralympic Committee & Sports Association for the Physically Disabled and Project ORBIS International Inc. Please arrange all payments after receiving the confirmation email on successful registration outcome. Payments are to be made as follows:

1). Submission of Cheque for Entry Fee

Non-refundable HK$350 per person for local runners;

HK$450 per person for runners outside Hong Kong (i.e. overseas runners).

2) Submission of Cheque for Donation

Non-refundable minimum of HK$500 per person.

The above donation amount is the minimum requirement for entry; more donations are welcomed.

Remarks:

1. Application will not be confirmed until confirmation from the Organizer is received.
2. If necessary, the Secretariat of SCAA may contact you for further information by 29 August 2016.
3. Applicants will be notified of their application result by 9 September 2016.
4. Spaces are limited and in case of dispute, the Organizer’s decision remains final.
