This seminar is to share some practical issues in the application of the Companies Ordinance (Cap. 622) on financial reporting and to update the new Hong Kong Financial Reporting Standards (HKFRSs). A briefing of the Sample Financial Statements 2015/16 available in the Society’s website will also be covered. Topics to be covered in the seminar include:

-  Update of the Companies Ordinance relating to relevant financial reporting issues

-  Update of other new HKFRSs, including HKFRS 9, 15 and 16

-  Briefing on Sample Financial Statements 2015/16 (for full HKFRSs)
