On 3rd June, 2016, the Government gazetted the Companies (Winding Up and Miscellaneous Provisions) (Amendment) Ordinance 2016. The Insolvency Management Committee has organized this seminar to provide members with the update on the salient amendment provisions and recent developments in winding up of companies in Hong Kong.
