With the commencement of the Companies (Amendment) Ordinance 2018 on 1 March 2018, a company incorporated in Hong Kong (except listed company in Hong Kong) is required to maintain a significant controllers register to be accessible by law enforcement officer upon demand.

The seminar will cover who are significant controllers, duties and obligations of a company, rights and duties of significant controllers and how to update significant controllers register based on the law and the Guideline issued by the Companies Registry.
