Edward Au is Co-Leader of National Public Offering Group of Deloitte China and has also been Audit Partner of Deloitte China since 2003.
Mr. Au has an active involvement in various debt and equity offering projects in Hong Kong, the U.S., and Singapore and focuses on reporting matters related to Hong Kong Exchange and Clearing Limited / U.S. Securities & Exchange Commission.
Currently, Mr. Au is Deputy Chairman of the Corporate Finance Advisory Panel of Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants ("HKICPA"). He is a fellow member of HKICPA and Association of Chartered Certified Accountants, a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and a Certified Public Accountant in Hong Kong and the State of Washington, United States. |
