Dear Members & Affiliates,
The Society of Chinese Accountants & Auditors invites you to join us in supporting Hong Kong Employment Development Service Limited (“HKEDS”) “CALBEE Charity Run” on 12 March 2017.
HKEDS is a non-profit organization, dedicated to provide professional and diversified employment consultation and trainings for the underprivileged in Hong Kong.
HKEDS “CALBEE Charity Run” includes 5 activities: 1) 10km Charity Run, 2) 3K Charity Run for Families and 3) 1K Charity Run for Families, 4) 1km x 4 Corporate Relay and 5) Charity Walk. SCAA will support this fundraising event by joining 1km x 4 Corporate Relay and charity walk (corporate team: Diamond), and making donation. Proceeds raised will be used to support the works of HKEDS. Details of the event are as follows.
Date : 12 March 2017 (Sunday)
Time : 10km Charity Run: 8:00 am
Carnival: 9:30 am – 2pm
1km x 4 Corporate Relay: 10:15 am
Charity Walk: 10:40 am (Gathering Time)
11:30 am (Start Time)
Gathering Point: University MTR Station (Exit B)*
Venue : Pak Shek Kok Promenade (沙田白石角海濱公園) (CLICK HERE FOR MAP)
*Participants could take the shuttle arranged by the Organizer to Pak Shek Kok Promenade from 7am to 11am.
We cordially invite you to join this meaningful event by being our teammate of charity walk and/or sending us your donation to support the event. Participants would get a Calbee gift pack and could join the carnival after completion of the walk.
To join SCAA DIAMOND Charity Walk Team, please CLICK HERE to complete the online registration form and send cheque for donation made payable to the order of “The Society of Chinese Accountants & Auditors” to the Secretariat if you make a donation, we shall then pass the accumulated donation to HKEDS.
