As SCAA is the supporting organization of 無毒青年「友」出路計劃. In 2009, the Narcotics Division of the Security Bureau invited the Rotary Club Of Admiralty (RCA) and Tung Wah Group of Hospitals -Cross Centre to co-organize the Say No To Drugs-Path Builders For Youth Project. The Rotary Club Of Admiralty (RCA) and Tung Wah Group of Hospitals -Cross Centre kick started the project in December 2010. The Project is the only all thru service in Hong Kong to assist ex-drugs Youth abusers to re-establish their life. The project comprises of full time social workers, mentors from the professional, business sector and general public and supporting employers. The project is funded by Beat Drugs Fund since 2017. The Rotary Club Of Admiralty (RCA) and Tung Wah Group of Hospitals -Cross Centre are now in 11th year of operation. The Rotary Club Of Admiralty (RCA) and Tung Wah Group of Hospitals -Cross Centre are currently looking for mentor and supporting employer to support this meaningful project.
