Dear Members,

[Supported by SCAA] AWAHK CPD Webinar : Greater Bay Area Series - GBA infrastructure development and its impact on HK大灣區基建對香港發展的影響17 June 2021 (Thursday)

Organizer: AWAHK

Details information of Webinar :

Covering 56,000 square kilometres (about three times the size of the San Francisco Bay Area), the Greater Bay Area has a combined population of over 72 million people and GDP of around US$1,679.5 billion. With less than 1% of China’s land space, the Greater Bay Area contributed about 11% of China's economy.

In this webinar, speakers will share the government infrastructural development plans currently in place, bringing the audience to a “South-to-North” journey: From Hong Kong CBD to CBD2, then further North to Hong Kong’s North District, and finally arriving at Greater Bay Area (GBA).

As we may notice external trade uptick amid pandemic, speakers will also share their view on whether property market is also recovering from pandemic; as well as where are the latest property development taking place and how are they performing.

The following insights will also be covered in this session:

- Status of GBA infrastructure development and its impact on HK economies including its real estates market
