Mr. Liu has been with the property development group for over 28 years with a wide range of experience including accounting and finance, company secretarial services, merger & acquisition, corporate reorganization, business and change management, internal audit and risk management, talent development and corporate training.  In the past 10 years, Mr. Liu was responsible for the group’s talent development and corporate training, and had helped the group to establish their corporate university with comprehensive training curricula for all talents of the group, helping them to grow along with the development of the group.  Over the years, Mr. Liu had helped the group to garner many different distinguished training and talent development awards from various well-renowned associations, including the Hong Kong Management Association (HKMA), Hong Kong Institute of Human Resources Management (HKIHRM), jobsDB Hong Kong, and Human Resources Online.

Being a seasoned speaker in industry forums, events, conferences and grounded with solid business background, Eunice brings audience insights and inspirations on professional ethics, entrepreneurship, leadership, management and market-relevant topics of the latest business development.
