Angel Wong is one of the members who built up the corporate finance practice of ONC Lawyers. She specialises in initial public offerings (IPOs) and she has advised many listing applicants and sponsors in the listings on the Main Board and GEM of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange.

Angel is experienced in a wide range of corporate and commercial matters, including pre-IPO restructuring and financing, IPO, secondary financing, overseas listing, merger and acquisition, loan and financing transactions, licensing and registration under the Securities and Futures Ordinance, corporate governance and general compliance for listed companies as well as private enterprises.

Maxwell Chan’s practice focuses on mergers and acquisitions of private and listed companies, corporate finance, capital restructuring as well as corporate governance and general compliance of listed companies.

Maxwell has solid experience in advising on listing related transactions including very substantial acquisitions and disposals, major transactions and general offers. He has a wide range of experience in conducting cross-border mergers and acquisitions. He also assisted his clients in acquisition of licenced securities corporations.

Maxwell also advised a number of listed companies in conducting secondary fundraising by way of placing, rights issue and issue of convertible securities, options and warrants. Maxwell handles cases including capital restructuring, spin-off, as well as advising on compliance of listing rule and securities and corporate law.
