Ms. Lam Siu Wa, Carmen

Ms. Lam Siu Wa, Carmen FCG HKFCG (PE), HKCGI CERT: ESG, is currently Advisor and Training Director with Rich Tax Accounting Secretary Limited and CHK CPA Co. She is also the Project Director of China Culture Foundation.

Ms. Lam is a Chartered Secretary and a Chartered Governance Professional. She has been with listed companies for over 20 years with extensive experience in well-known listed companies, including CK Hutchison Holdings Ltd.  She was the Company Secretary of Tongda Group Holdings Limited (sc: 0698) and Tongda Hong Tai Holdings Limited (sc: 2363) listed on the Main Board of Hong Kong Stock Exchange, in charge of compliance, company secretarial matters, internal control and risk management. She was also the Joint Company Secretary of SEEC Media Group Limited (sc:0205). She got practical secretarial experience in both Main Board and GEM, includes but not limited to spin-off listing, open offer, private placing, notifiable and connected transactions, disclosure of interests and ESG reporting.

Carmen started her academia journey with the Open University of Hong Kong as Part-time tutor since 2017 and Part-time Lecturer since 2019. She turned to be a Senior Lecturer in Corporate Administration, Secretaryship/Secretarial Practice and Compliance with Hong Kong Metropolitan University.  She was awarded the HKMU President's Awards for Distinguished Achievements in December 2021. Her research publication with Company Lawyer 44(8) in 2023 is on Shareholders' Protection.

Ms. Lam obtained her Master of Business from The University of Newcastle, Australia

as well as Master of Corporate Governance from the Hong Kong Polytechnic

University.

She is also active in community services. Her contribution involves Professional Bodies (HKCGI), NGO (The Orion Astropreneur Space Academy), University (POLYU), Listed Company (CK Hutchison Holdings Ltd) as well as Macao whereby she was awarded with the followings:
